I learned Pascal at the University of Paderborn in 1996 where I graduated with a Master degree. I started with Turbo pascal 7.0 and used all versions of Delphi from 1 to currently Rio. During the last years I also worked with the C++Builder.
I’m a Delphi MVP and an Embarcadero Technology Partner. I worked on several kinds of projects in national and international teams in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Australia, USA, France, Spain and New Zealand.
During the years I have developed special skills in working on legacy code particularly in moving the code to newer Delphi versions.
I’m living in Bünde in Germany with my wife and my sons. In my spare time I’m playing chess where I’m holding a FIDE Master title.
Some weeks ago my son Leon joined my company. He just finished school and will start to study Information Technology at the University of Bielefeld. He is also an enthusiastic software architect and creates all videos in our YouTube channel.
